Shot in Madrid with director Jorge Stasny, this Burger King commercial required a nimble approach to capturing intimate moments in public spaces. We moved fast between locations, keeping the crew lean and the camera work observational rather than theatrical. The brief was straightforward, love story angle, but the real challenge was maintaining authenticity when you're essentially asking strangers to be vulnerable on camera. We leaned into available light where possible, supplementing with practical sources that felt native to each setting. The edit needed rhythm and genuine human connection, which meant being precise about framing and timing on set rather than hoping to manufacture it in post. Sometimes the best commercial work is the stuff that doesn't announce itself as commercial work, and this landed somewhere in that territory.
