KFC Bites 2024

For KFC Bites 2024, I spent an intense week shooting in Bucharest with director Joris Noordenbos and StudioSet, capturing every product angle we could throw at the camera. We built this as a love story for fried chicken, using macro and probe lenses to get intimate with the food, then pulling back to lifestyle moments with talent enjoying the meals in real settings. The color palette stayed true to KFC's iconic red and gold, but we kept the lighting soft and the energy playful rather than sterile, letting dolly moves carry you through different scenes without feeling overly produced. It's the kind of commercial where the gear gets out of the way so the product can breathe, and a week of long days in Romania proved worth it.
