For the KFC Twister Dubai commercial directed by Paolo Tonoli at Wonderful, I shot a fast-paced spot that needed to capture product detail and movement without losing energy. The brief was straightforward, the execution less so, working in Dubai's heat with a crew that understood timing. We kept the lighting tight and motivated, letting the product breathe on camera while maintaining that commercial punch. Paolo wanted texture and appetite appeal without the typical food-shoot gloss, so we leaned into practical light sources and kept the color palette grounded. It's the kind of job where you're solving problems in real time, but when the shot lands and the product reads clean against the background, you know you nailed it.
