Nescafe Gold

For Nescafe Gold, directed by Xander Bartole at Canteen, we shot a commercial in Guadalajara that needed to feel both premium and energetic. The brief was straightforward, really, show the ritual of making espresso without overthinking it. We used dolly moves to glide through tabletop setups, then dropped into macro work to catch that rich crema forming, the kind of detail that makes coffee people actually pay attention. Soft lighting kept things clean and luxurious without feeling sterile, and the color palette, those warm browns and creams against white, grounded the whole thing in the product itself. The spot hinges on hero shots and pour sequences that feel effortless, which is harder to pull off than it sounds. It's about letting the coffee do the talking while the camera work keeps the energy moving.
