Ferrero Universe

I shot this tabletop commercial for Ferrero Universe with Paolo Tonoli directing and Akita Films producing, and we worked in Milano to capture the kind of intricate product choreography that makes food work either sing or die on set. The challenge was balancing macro-level detail with enough breathing room to let the confectionery actually feel like it existed in a world, not just floating in void. We kept the lighting architectural and the motion deliberate, letting the geometry of the products do most of the talking. It's the kind of job where your macro probe becomes your best friend and your lighting ratios need to be locked down before you roll, because reshoots on tabletop are a special kind of expensive. The result sits somewhere between clinical precision and genuine appetite appeal, which is exactly where these spots need to live.
