I shot this tabletop commercial for Pinsa Mulino Bianco with director Paolo Tonoli at BRWN Filmland in Milano. The brief was straightforward, but food work always demands precision, so we went in with a locked-down rig and careful lighting to catch the texture of the dough and toppings without blowing out the highlights. The setup required patience more than anything, multiple passes to nail the golden moment when everything sat just right in frame. It's the kind of work where you're basically a food surgeon, moving lights millimeters at a time, but that's exactly why I love tabletop, honestly. Every frame has to earn its place.
