For the Lindt Pasqua tabletop shoot in Rome, I worked with director The Cric and Family Films to build a lighting setup that could handle the chocolate's reflective surfaces without blowing out the delicate Easter packaging. The challenge with tabletop work is always the same, right, you're fighting specularity and trying to keep things feeling natural even when you're basically painting with light. We kept the color temperature warm but controlled, letting the product sit in its own space rather than drowning it in drama. The geometry of the setup mattered more than the usual cinematography moves, which meant dialing in the right diffusion and bounce to catch the product's form without losing the texture of the wrapping. It's the kind of work where people don't notice the lighting if you get it right, which is exactly the point.
