Wonderland
Directed by: Xavi Miralles
I shot Wonderland, a narrative film directed by Xavi Miralles at Totem Producciones, across locations in Spain. Working on this project meant diving into the kind of storytelling that demands precision in every frame, balancing technical rigor with the fluidity needed for character-driven scenes. The challenge wasn't just about choosing the right tools, it was understanding how light and camera movement could serve the narrative without announcing themselves. I focused on building a visual language that felt organic to the world Xavi was creating, paying close attention to how colour and contrast could shift the emotional weight of a scene. It's the kind of work where you're constantly problem-solving on set, adapting to real locations and natural light while maintaining the visual coherence the story requires. That's where the real craft lives, not in the gear list but in the decisions you make with it.
