Shot this commercial for More Protein Iced Coffee with director BOM in Berlin, and it was a proper technical challenge that we loved solving. We ran the Alexa S35 with the new high-speed firmware, just two weeks after release, which meant we were betting on something untested but it paid off. Nearly the entire shoot was motion control, which let us dial in precision and move fast across tabletop, lifestyle, and macro work. The real puzzle was the location lighting, a 20K coming from an impossible angle on a sunny day, but that's what made the energy pop. The final cut shows a woman discovering the product's 19g protein payload, and we built the look around clean, playful pacing with dolly moves and slow-motion detail shots that make the pour feel appetizing. Brilliant crew, better result.
