Ehrmanns Gran Dessert

For the Ehrmanns Gran Dessert commercial, directed by Paolo Tonoli at production company Its Us, I shot the entire job in a LED volume studio, which gave us precise control over the lighting environment and colour grading from the ground up. Working in that kind of controlled space meant I could dial in the exact mood for a dessert product without fighting natural light or dealing with traditional rigging headaches. The LED volume let us shift the look between shots without breaking down and rebuilding, which saved time and kept consistency tight across the whole shoot. It's the kind of setup that works beautifully for tabletop and product work where you need clinical precision but also want that cinematic feel. Paolo's direction was clear, and having everything contained in the volume meant we could iterate quickly and nail the aesthetic he was after.
