Red Rocks

For Red Rock Deli, I shot this commercial in Thailand with director Niels La Croix, working alongside the best tabletop crew in Southeast Asia at Chopstick Films. We went hard on macro and probe-lens work to capture the texture and crunch of their kettle, baked, and popped snacks, layering in high-speed and motion-control sequences to give each ingredient moment its own drama. The lighting was deliberately hard and sculptural, cutting through blacks and golds to make every chip read like it mattered. It's food work, yeah, but the energy needed to feel premium and dynamic, not just appetising, so we treated each splash and hero shot with the precision you'd bring to a narrative sequence. Bangkok's heat and humidity tested the gear constantly, but that's why Chopstick Films exists, and we leaned on their setup hard.
